Hire Policy

• Credit Card imprinted details or $100 -$150 cash bond is required for each costume rental.

• Drivers license or photo I.D is required for ALL rentals.

• Customer must come in to reserve all costumes in store.

• No guarantees on size if the item is not tried on.

• No guarantees on availability if costume is not reserved.

• Generally, costumes rented for one day may be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after. We can quote prices based on your needs for longer rental periods.

• We can be flexible on pickup and return dates. Please speak to sales staff to arrange this.

• We take care of all cleaning.

• All costumes are due back on the designated return date. No Exceptions.

• No returns or exchanges once rentals have left the store.

• Any late returns are subject to extra rental fees, per day after the return date.

• Failure to return a costume will result in a replacement cost charge.

• Customers will be charged for any damages (tears, burn holes, bad stains) and/or missing items.

Cancellations
There is a $ 10.00 fee per costume IF the rental is cancelled less than 2 days prior to the designated pickup date, if we are not notified 2 days prior to the pickup date the entire rental cost is forfeited.
