Refund Policy
Please choose your items carefully as there will be no refunds given unless the item you have purchased is faulty or different to the item you ordered.
We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind.
In the event of costume purchases we do not refund if you have bought the wrong size. All sizes are provided for your convienence, so please check the chart before proceeding with your order.
Please note that all wigs sold are `novelty' quality only and should not be confused with the quality of hire wigs. In most cases costumes are also only `novelty' quality unless marked `best quality'.
In the event of a faulty item/wrong item sent we will also refund the postage costs, but not the handling fee. All returned items will be assesed by staff before a refund can be authorised. Please ask any questions about the product prior to buying to avoid any confusion of what you are buying and what the product can do.
Exchanges can be made for unopened items only.Exchanges will be made for items of same or greater value only. You can not exchange for a cheaper item, as we do not refund the difference. Postage costs for the return of the item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We will pay any refunds on receipt and confirmation of the item.
